Here is the full journey — what actually happens at our warehouse from the day your parcels arrive to the day your shipment leaves, and how long each stage realistically takes.

From order to departure, day by day

The four steps are simple — what matters is what happens inside each one. Here is a realistic timeline based on how our dock and bench actually run.

Day 0 — parcels arrive

Couriers deliver through the day. Each parcel is weighed, measured and matched to your inbound code within 2 hours of reaching the dock, and you see the outer-box photos on WhatsApp the same day.

Day 0–1 — items inspected

Every item is unpacked at the inspection bench: 3 full-resolution photos plus an unboxing video, checked against your personal checklist. No sampling — the queue time is told to you upfront if there is one.

Day 1–2 — you approve

You review the photo pack on your phone. Approve, and packing starts; flag a problem, and we take it up with the seller — free return (up to 3 per month) or hold the item while you decide.

Day 2–3 — packed & gone

Multi-seller orders merge into one shipment and excess packaging is stripped; fragile pieces are crated in timber. Tracking goes live the moment the line-haul truck leaves for the port or airport.

Message us and you'll have your personal code within 5 minutes. It goes on every parcel label so we identify your goods instantly.

2. Get the warehouse address

Full address in English and Chinese, ready to paste into any 1688/Taobao delivery field or send to your supplier.

3. Tell us your checklist

Anything specific to check — sizes, colors, functions, serial numbers — goes on your permanent inspection checklist.

Two things the timeline doesn't show

📦 Crating adds days, not hours

Standard packing takes 1–2 working days; timber crating for oversized or fragile pieces takes 2–4 days because it's built to measure on site. It's scheduled before you pay, so the quote includes it.

🚢 Transit by route

Air 5–12 days, sea LCL 10–50 days depending on destination. WhatsApp updates arrive at departure, arrival and each customs milestone — you never have to ask where things stand.
